Toronto emergency physician wins education award

Dr. Glen Bandiera, Director of the University of Toronto's Royal College Emergency Medicine Residency Program, has been selected as one of two recipients of the 2004 Donald Richards Wilson Award, conferred by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada /Associate Medical Services. This award recognizes medical educators or leaders of a team, program, or department who have demonstrated excellence in integrating the CanMEDS educational framework into a Royal College training program.

Under Dr. Bandiera's direction, the University of Toronto Emergency Medicine Program has gained local and national recognition.
