CJEM 2005;7(6):430

In CJEM's July 2005 Diagnostic Challenge1,2 the affiliations for the two authors were reversed in error. Dr. Andrew Healey is an Emergency Medicine Resident at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ont., and Dr. Tia Renouf is an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Medicine, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John's, Nfld. Also, the page numbers in the citation line on the title page of each article were incorrect. The correct page citations are shown below.
